They have connected with multiple booking platforms, resulting in a stable flow of reservations and breaking the sales bottleneck. In terms of individual bookings, online reservations now account for approximately 45% of the total volume, with nearly half of the individual bookings coming from online platforms. Among them, more than 50% of Booking Engine s are made directly through the hotel's official website. This highlights how Athena's all-in-one management allows hotels to reduce their dependence on OTAs and cultivate loyal and repeat customers through their official website.

        Every November, the Taipei International Travel Fair opens Booking Engine on the official website. In 2021, for the first time, ticket sales for the Taipei International Travel Fair were added to the online shopping cart, resulting in a significant increase in ticket sales through the cart.
